A delightful New Forest holiday home

A delightful little cottage

"What a delightful little cottage and such a lucky find. Cosy and comfortable and perfect for the three of us and our little dog. So beautifully quiet at night, we slept well in the comfy beds. Waking up to the sound of pheasants in the garden was great. Andrew and Fiona left welcome gifts of wine and chocolates which was a special touch and communication was pleasant with them. Thank you for allowing us the chance to stay in your property. We hope to return again."                                                                                                                                                                        Elizabeth, Mike and Molly

Well equipped and cosy

"The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge is cosy especially with the lovely gas fireplace which heats up the room very quickly. The bedrooms are furnished nicely with very comfortable and warm duvets and pillows. The under floor heating in the bathroom is fab during the cold months. Parking directly outside the cottage is great and the little garden is a great bit of private space. We stayed during a cold weekend so it was great to have the extra electric heaters – we definitely needed them!"                                                                                                                        - The Mullins family

"A charming cottage with all amenities. Private but next to the owners residence who are on hand if needed. Great location for walking straight onto the heath and into the Forest".

                                                                                - Nigel and Marika

"We had a lovely weekend get away in this charming little cottage. The house is closer to the main house than we expected but once you settled in it didn't matter and with its own garden and entrance on the far side of the cottage, it felt really secluded. Perfect romantic retreat".
